Scientists develop artwork that changes to suit your mood. The computer program tweaks the colors and texture of art so that it adapts to your facial expressions collected through a webcam. So if you're angry, like really really cross, the art goes all murky and dark and the brush strokes violently dig into the canvas. If you're sad, it goes blue. If you're perky it goes all bright and bubbly. Developed by the empathic artists
Maria Shugrina,
Margrit Betke, and
John P. Collomosse. Me, I like my art to inspire rather than mirror moods. But nevertheless pretty nifty.
