I've never found an 'individual' crisp packet that was big enough for me. So you're the person that's ruining my chances of getting one!

Have you ever considered eating a non-boring salad? There are loads of nice salads around.

But that's easy to say when you're not dieting, I guess.

Sorry for the somewhat-off-topic comment, but can you give us an update on the inkycircus mag?

Katie

That's a fair point, there are many non boring salads around. In fact when I take a salad to work it's usually got artichokes and sprouty bean things and maybe even the occaisional chick pea so it's not too boring. But if I want to supplement with a couple of crisps it annoys me that I have to buy so many. Why can't they sell the littler bags and the big bags? I don't get it. Tis petty but it frustrates me!

The update on the science mag is thus - it is undergoing temporary relocation to the US. So once A & A get themselves settled again it'll be full steam ahead.

I too am a WW disciple. I lost 60lbs with them. My trick was the Ziploc snack sized bag. Get whatever you want crisp wise and pre subdivide it into premeasured ziploc snack bags - they're tiny, but at least you get the FEELING that you ate a whole bag of something.

I just buy large packets of crisps (works out cheaper...) and some of these: www.vesproinc.com/klippit/uses.html.

Here in Germany crisps only come in huge (200g) bags for all the family ... and the whole concept of having crisps with your lunch is unknown. I guess people just have a bread roll or slice of bread with their salad.
